The Philly Chapter of BWOE-F.R.E.E. has been in existence since August 2007.
The Chapter is ran by Shawna K. Clark and MacKenzie V. Permint. The Chapter is heavily involved with the Philadelphia Cares program along with the Martin Luther King Day of Service. They are also committed to participating in the March for Babies Walk-a-Thon on an annual basis
The Philly Chapter meets every 2nd Friday of the month at the Miller Memorial Baptist Church in North Philadelphia from 7:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. We also meet once a month for a Community Service Project and/or Social Gathering..
The Philadelphia Chapter meetings are held in the North Philadelphia section of the city but is open to all young ladies through out the City of Philadelphia.
